Please note all prices are subject to the addition of VAT, and disbursements. Disbursements are costs relating to your matter that are payable to third parties, and relate to matters such as Estate Agents fees of between £1,000 and £4,000 (if you are selling), Search Fees at around £300 (if you are buying), Land Registry documents, which cost £3 for each document (if you are selling), and Payment Transfer fees that we are charged on your behalf for the repayment of mortgages or the Transfer of Purchase funds. We will also charge £100 plus VAT for acting on behalf of a Mortgage Lender if you are buying the property, and if you are selling a Leasehold Property (i.e a Property where you pay a service charge and/or Ground Rent on), we are charged a fee for obtaining documents from your Landlord/Freeholder. Again, we will advise at the start of the matter of any additional costs.
